~
What started as an occasional milk and supper thing has become a full-blown kitty obsession for all of us at home and we can find noticeable feline symptoms creeping into our household. We wake up with cats rousing us with their morning mews, get our evening snacks keeping them in mind – the newest little one is quite a snob that way and doesn’t like anything too fried or too hot – and we fall asleep only after we have packed them in their box bed near the storehouse.
Needless to say, I missed my cats terribly in Pune. The itchy white dog near my office got more than his usual share of love for this precise reason.
In 2010, I decided to keep a cat album. It will help keep track of their escapades and offsprings, to say nothing of tremendous mewy comfort. For extra flavour, I will also keep in order random life I see around me. (read my itchy Pune dog, my room mate’s quarrelsome fishes and the like). Here goes:
~
# Sleeping Beauty
# I stand guard
# Look, I can go through curtains!
# Mr. Ink Blot
# Where’s lunch?
# Storm in a tea cup
# Neighbour’s Doggie Dearest… the one the cats love to scare
# Winter Exercise
# Through the Looking Cage
# I love my colours!
# Care for a pair of flashlights?
# I love my milk…
# Through the looking glass
# Open the door baby!
# Camera Shy? Ha, not me!
# It’s good to be slender
# We are Cool Bike Lovers!
# Furry me, me furry?
# Growl, Growl, I am on the prowl!
# Guess what I’m lying on?
# Thirst Quenchers
# The Investigators
# I am not asleep, okay?
# Twilight Naps
To Be Continued…
